These past few days have been very exciting.
Around 400 children gathered in Nakuru on Saturday for a Feed My Lambs Children's Rally. There was Bible teaching, revision of lessons and games. Juice, biscuits and sweets were also enjoyed. It was a great opportunity for the children of the area who have taken our lessons to come together. Unfortunately a few centres were unable to attend because of a problem with public transport but the turnout was still very encouraging. Best of all around 130 children received Bibles and we thank God for this. We thank God for His help and blessing to Moses and his team who organised the event and we look forward to sharing more news and photos with you soon. Around 30 children also received Bibles in a Kibera Church yesterday and we God thanks for this also. Pastor Aringo has done an assessment of the work and estimates that we will need around 2500 Bibles between now and April to keep things up to date. Please pray for this. Here in Northern Ireland, a local supermarket has selected Feed My Lambs as one of 3 chosen charities for the month of December. Customers have the opportunity to vote for their "favourite" cause. Just being selected guarantees some funds from the company. We will also be holding an awareness day for FML in the supermarket on Wednesday 19th December and we will be distributing literature etc. at a stand there from 9am - 6pm. The market stall was busy at the weekend once more and we look forward to extra opening this Wednesday evening 5th December from 6pm - 9pm. I also thank God for His help as I shared at a meeting yesterday afternoon. We thank God for faithful praying people. We give God all of the glory for these opportunities and thank you for your prayers.
