CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES - Direct Debit only

If you already have a Direct Debit set up with us you may amend any details or notifiy us of any change of circumstances by using the form below.

Once completed please click on the SUBMIT button and ensure you see a confirmation notice.  You must complete all questions with a red * in order for the form to submit successfully.   We will send you confirmation paperwork of your change or cancellation.  This may be by email so you may wish to check your spam box.  If you do not receive anything within 10 days of submitting the form below, please do contact us to ensure that your form was received by us otherwise the changes/cancellation may not be made.

Please note; for changes to, or cancellation of direct debit; the form below must be completed so that we can complete the process on our side.  We can provide a hard copy of the form upon request.  We will not make any changes until the form is received.  Other notifications, while appreciated, will not be accepted as a formal change/cancellation.  Only the form below, either submitted online or completed on a hard copy will be accepted.  We highly recommend that cancellation of a direct debit is also done, by yourself, directly with your bank.  We should be notified by your bank of cancellation; however, no confirmation paperwork will be issued by ourselves unless we receive the form below.  Upon receipt of the form, we will amend/cancel your direct debit.  In regards to cancellation the next payment will not be taken unless you have advised us otherwise and if you have amended your direct debit these changes should take affect within a few days.  Please note; should your change/cancellation notice be received within a few days of your next payment, it is possible that the next due payment will still be processed without change.  We recommend that you give us plenty of notice when you require change/cancellation.

Please be aware, that, in the case of cancellation of direct debit,  failure to cancel with your bank AND with us may result in a further payment being taken.  This is beyond our control and should you require a refund this may be minus any fees we have incurred.

We take this opportunity to thank you for your giving to date and assure you that your kindness and generosity was and is very much appreciated.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Please amend/cancel my Direct Debit...

If this is in addition to your current amount and any other details change such as date, frequency or bank account, we will treat this as a new direct debit and separate from any existing direct debit.
Please note, if you do not list a month, the payment will begin from the next calendar month
Should you select, No, your new payment plan will be deducted from the bank account you have already registered with us

We try, as far as possible, to distribute gifts to the area of ministry to which they have been designated (if the giver requests this).  However, we reserve the right to redirect to another need if it is more urgent and underfunded.  Exceptions to this are any PERSONAL gifts for individuals. These will go in their entirety to the designated person.
