Feed My Lambs have recently introduced a new sphere to our ministry.  This outreach aims to help Churches, Schools and Children's centres with practical work which is required. Requests for help with practical tasks are considered by our committee and, if God leads us to help, the project will be overseen by William Aiken who is a leader in the work of FML.  Most practical projects involve William actually carrying out some of the work rather than financial help being given.  As a result of our recent trip to Kenya, a number of projects are being considered and some have been agreed.  Updates of these will be added to this page over the coming months.

Before it is agreed to help in a practical way, representatives from FML will visit the centre concerned so as to see exactly what is required.

Some financial committment from the centre will usually be required.

Whilst we will consider every request, unfortunately we cannot help everyone and will have to say "no" on some occasions.  Some requests may be denied without a visit taking place.  Likewise, a visit to your project does not guarantee that we will be able to help.

FML does not currently offer individual child sponsorship.

Another practical way in which YOU can be involved, is by knitting hats for boys and girls in Kenya.  Patterns are available on request.  Call (+44) 07711 644209 or email us for more details.

PROJECT 1

A request was made by a small school for some desks.  During our next trip to Kenya, William hopes to make some of these for the children.

PROJECT 2

We have decided to assist a Kibera Church with their project to erect two partitions in their premises which will allow for classrooms during the week and then be pushed back to allow space for the congregation on a Sunday.
